Mandy Parfitt began her career in the Health sector where she held a number of senior operational management positions eventually moving into development and professional training. Before becoming an independent OD Consultant Mandy led a number of major initiatives in Organisational Change, gaining considerable experience working across staff groups to deliver with external providers professional leadership and change management programmes.
Mandy has an MA in HR Strategy and a Diploma in Professional Coaching & Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University and is a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner.
