Deborah began her career as an implementation consultant for a software company which introduced her to the complexities of IT driven change. From here she worked for four years in Change management in the private sector. As an independent OD Consultant she has worked both in the UK and overseas in a variety of sectors specialising in diagnosing team issues and creating innovative ways to raise the bar on team performance during change.
Deborah has an MSc in Organisational Development and Change from Sheffield Business School, has an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and is a qualified Myers Briggs and FIRO - B practitioner.
