Chris Anderson

Chris began his career in heavy industry and has worked in the UK in unionised environments and overseas in a variety of engineering and construction management roles. Prior to becoming a freelance OD Consultant he worked in the oil industry for sixteen years as a project leader with the emphasis on managing collaborative ventures between operational entities and service providers.

Chris has an MSc in Organisation Development and Consultancy from Sheffield Business School and is a qualified FIRO - B practitioner.
