As change practitioners and problem solvers we believe that the best team is a diverse team who can work together, challenge each other, walk in one another's shoes when necessary, and get things done.

Chris Anderson

Chris began his career in heavy industry and has worked in the UK in unionised environments and overseas in a variety of engineering and construction management roles. Prior to becoming a Change Practitioner he worked in the oil industry for sixteen years as a project leader with the emphasis on managing collaborative ventures between major contractors and downstream operations.

Chris is a qualified Electrical Engineer and has an MSc in Organisation Development and Consultancy from Sheffield Business School.

Deborah Fleming

Deborah began her career as an implementation consultant for a software company which introduced her to the complexities of IT driven change. As an independent OD Consultant she has worked both in the UK and overseas in a variety of sectors specialising in diagnosing team issues and creating innovative ways to raise the bar on team performance during change.

Deborah has an MSc in Organisational Development and Change from Sheffield Business School, has an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and is a qualified Myers Briggs and FIRO – B practitioner.

Roger Atkinson

Roger began his career in the Defence sector managing IT projects integrating the many facets of supply and demand in this challenging field of operational support.

He is a Senior Lecturer in Project Management with special interest in the development of trust and relationship building within strategic project development, team performance, and project completion.

Roger has an MPhil from Cranfield Business School and a PhD in Project Management from Bournemouth University; he is currently a Visiting Professor at Lille Business School, France.

Vivienne Hemingway

Vivienne began her career in the academic sector formulating and implementing IT strategies across a variety of applications and organisations before becoming an independent consultant. She then became involved in the management of one of the largest e-learning ventures in the world being responsible for the full life cycle of system development and implementation. She now operates in Change Management combing her IT Systems experience and knowledge with that of Organisational Change.

Vivienne has a BA in Modern History from Oxford University, a PhD in History from Huddersfield University, a Pg.Dip in Organisational Development and Consultancy from the Sheffield Business School.

Jacqueline Wilkie

Jacqueline has a background in relationship development and role transition. During her early career in the theatre she learned acting methods which provided the basis for her communication techniques and facility for identifying psychological barriers. These skills have contributed to her ability to both challenge and empathise with individuals and groups facing change.

Jacqueline has travelled extensively, often as a volunteer on diverse projects. She has lived and worked in the education sector in Central America, Spain, Vietnam, the UK and France. In addition to her multi- and cross-cultural experiences, Jacqueline speaks English, Spanish and French.

Jacqueline has a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from the University of Edinburgh.

Nigel Murphy

Nigel began his career in the Telecommunications sector where he held senior operational management positions and led a number of Strategic Change Programmes. He has more than twenty year experience in large organisations including Transport, Utilities, and Financial Services.

As an independent Organisation Development Practitioner and qualified Mountain Leader Nigel provides multi-environmental settings for the development of talent and the coaching of groups, teams, and individuals.

Nigel has a BSc (Hons) in Electronics from the University of Wales - Cardiff and is a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner.
